The Peplink MAX HD4 MBX is a Quad Gigabit LTE mobile router that combines the bandwidth of up to 4 cellular connections to create an unbreakable, high-speed SD-WAN connection. Utilizing Peplink's proprietary SpeedFusion Bandwidth Bonding Technology, this Quad 4G Mobile Router is ideal for situations where a fixed-Internet connection is unavailable, or too cost-prohibitive. It is also used in corporate offices, where video streaming is prohibited on corporate networks due to network security policies.

Right out of the box, the HD4 MBX supports Gigabit LTE and offers the option to upgrade to 5G, simply by swapping the cellular module. With 2.5Gbps throughput architecture, there's more than enough bandwidth for Gigabit Ethernet, 5G, or any future mobile technologies. A dual 4G model, the Peplink MAX HD2, is also available.

SpeedFusion Unbreakable VPN

SpeedFusion is Peplink’s proprietary technology that bonds affordable DSL, cable, cellular and other WAN links into a single, secure and fast VPN tunnel. The instant and seamless packet-level failover within the VPN tunnels ensures your voice calls, data transfer and video streaming will not be interrupted. This makes the HD4 MBX the ideal mobile router you need to deliver reliable and consistent results.

Furthermore, sessions are broken down into packets that are sent separately across as WAN-to-WAN connections within the SpeedFusion tunnel. Each of these connections is encrypted separately, making it a deterrent to potential hackers from accessing the data contained within. With this SpeedFusion SD-WAN technology, the HD4 MBX is virtually impervious to attacks, providing you with unbreakable connections.

Network Resilience

The HD4 MBX supports up to 8 SIM cards, enabling an unbreakable, reliable SD-WAN connection. With the optional SIM Injector, the HD4 MBX allows room for another 8 SIM cards for deployment to further enhance network resilience, mitigating weak spots in coverage to keep you connected no matter where you are.

The HD4 MBX comes with 8 x 802.3at PoE connections, to which you will be able to connect your IP phones, IP cameras and access points with minimal cabling. Bolstered with 802.11ac dual-band dual-radio Wi-Fi for securely connecting your mobile devices to the network.
